Hi!

My training philosophy is about helping you enjoy exercise – to work hard and have fun. I love seeing my clients learn and grow, see them achieve something they didn’t believe they could ever do. Seeing them simply give it their best shot.

Coaching, mentoring and education have been a strong passion of mine for a long time, having worked in learning & development prior to taking the leap into the fitness industry in 2009.

I believe my experience, technical knowledge and adaptability provides a great workout for everyone. I am a naturally energetic, open and friendly trainer with an authentic focus on you, my client. I know your individual abilities and know how to push you just outside your comfort zone using positive motivation.

I want others to experience joy in movement. I've had lulls in my own fitness and injuries over the years and these have helped me better appreciate the importance of movement for my own happiness. I'm not a fitness energiser bunny. I just like to move and feel good about it.

Growing up on a farm, I spent a lot of time playing outdoors. My passion is to train, ride, run, swim, hike, and just be outdoors. I love trying my hand at different activities like SCUBA diving, rock climbing, triathlon, kayaking, canyoning and trampoline dodgeball to name a few. I also love (really, really love) good food, having a good laugh, hanging with friends and having down time with my man and fun kid, Olivia.

My ethos is simply making being active a part of my every day, for my own happiness, positive sense of self and longevity.
