Since 2009, T Health & Fitness has been providing small group and personal training in the beautiful outdoors of Sydney's Inner West, Eastern suburbs and CBD. We offer mat pilates and Stretch & Mobility sessions for a more balanced fitness routine. We also now offer the convenience of live streamed virtual training straight to wherever you are in the world!
