OUTDOOR Group Fit

Feel fit, energised and fantastic with a workout in the fresh air and vibrant surrounds of nature. Incorporating a mix of full body functional strength and cardio exercises across a variety of ever changing formats, you’ll get the physical and mental boost you need to keep up your sanity and fitness within a motivating team environment.

VIRTUAL Group Sanity

As per the Group Fit workout but with the convenience of training wherever you are via live online virtual training! Creative modifications are provided for whatever home-based resistance tools and space you have at hand!

VIRTUAL WFH Mid-Morning Booster & Lunchtime Lift

Break up your day and reset your body with a workout that provides a mix of energy boosting functional movements. This will help you feel more invigorated to get through the day. The mobility exercises incorporated will help you overcome the tensions of your WFH set-up and the battles of juggling the multitude of changes in your lifestyle. As per Group Sanity, modifications are provided for whatever home-based resistance tools and space you have at hand!

VIRTUAL & FACE-to-FACE Pilates Mat

Improve your movement and feel stronger from your core outwards with a focus on whole body strength and stretch in equal measure. This session will help you improve your alignment, posture and overall strength. It will also bring better connection to your own breath and mind helping to boost your mood and give you grounding amongst the upheaval. All you need is a mat. If you have resistance bands or any other apparatus, bring them along and we’ll provide you with relevant modifications.

VIRTUAL Stretch & Mobility

Feeling stressed, tense and all bound up? Get moving with ease again with this time-efficient 30 minute full body stretch and movement session. Using movements that perfectly combine myofascial release and activation of your body's connective tissue, you'll notice the benefits far beyond supple muscles. You'll feel more energised, with better concentration and a lighter mood to match your lighter body.
